Where the figures come from
Every sale and every new rent contract the Dubai Land Department publishes on Data.Dubai, its open data platform, matched to each community by its land district and master project. Homes only: apartments, villas and townhouses, not offices, shops, hotel rooms or land. Counts and medians only, never one sale. A community shows in the table with 10 home sales or more in the 90 days, and a bedroom figure with 10 or more. The figures are updated every night, a few days after the Dubai Land Department registers the sales.
