Listings and other information

Listings, prices, sizes, payment plans, handover dates and other details come from owners, landlords and developers, through our listings system. We work to keep them accurate and current, but homes can be sold or let, and details can change, at short notice. Nothing on the website is an offer or a contract: availability, prices and terms are confirmed only in the documents for a transaction. Images of projects that are not yet built, and some other images, may be illustrations.

Estimates

The mortgage estimate and other figures on the website are a guide only, worked out from the assumptions shown with them. They are not financial advice or an offer of finance. Please speak to a bank or a qualified adviser before you decide.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, an advisor may contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email. Our privacy notice explains how we use the details you give us.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and for your own search for a home. Do not copy listings in bulk, interfere with how the website works, or try to reach parts of it that are not public.

Our content

The Found name and logo, and the design of the website, belong to Found Group. Listing photos and descriptions belong to us or to the people who provided them. You are welcome to share links to any page, but please do not copy its content without our permission.

Other websites

The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, and developers’ brochures and videos. We are not responsible for their content, or for how they use your information.

Our responsibility

We provide the website as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that comes from relying on information on the website, or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai can settle any dispute about them.
