Kore by Imtiaz

Project general facts

Kore by Imtiaz is an inspiring residential project that draws its name from the body's centre of strength and stability, and it is designed entirely around human performance, longevity and healthy living. Far more than a residence with a gym, it brings together personalised training, intelligent fitness technology, nutrition-focused living and advanced recovery experiences, helping residents live with greater energy, balance and focus every day. The collection offers beautifully planned studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, each created to support a truly holistic wellness lifestyle.

Residents enjoy an exceptional wellness ecosystem powered by Raw Theory and Technogym, with 50 performance machines, personalised programmes, a social padel court, an outdoor gym and The Hike, which turns every step into a rewarding part of daily life. The rooftop delights with an adults' leisure pool, a wellness pool, a kids' pool and a sunset deck, while the lush gardens feature an edible garden with a harvest table and pavilion, an interactive sensory garden, co-working pods, a conversation pit, a family lounge and lawn, and a playground. Recovery is elevated through red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, brain mapping and a sauna, complemented by a clubhouse and sports lounge that make every day feel refreshed and connected.

The interiors are designed for the senses, with natural bamboo and oak bringing warmth to every space, softened by woven textures in calm, soothing tones. Sculptural fibre artwork, rich stone and elegant fluted panelling add depth and rhythm, creating homes that invite you to slow down, clear your mind and reset. Restful nights are perfected with a premium sleep system by Heveya, featuring layers of natural organic latex topped with goose down for an ultra-soft, cloud-like experience.
